Present

PCM — Physical Confrontation Management

Founded PCM to provide a safe environment for learning self-defense, self-offense, use of personal weapons, and situational awareness training. Continues to develop and teach innovative methods for managing physical confrontation for law enforcement, military, and civilians.

A Better Way

Montgomery's non-conventional, open-minded approach to exploring a topic keeps the training sessions fresh and engaging. He's always seeking a "better way" to deal with aggression.

Having challenged many of the current methods in use, he has developed new methods that effectively address today's issues via alternative means. His training philosophy centers on practicality over theory.

Every technique taught has been tested in real-world scenarios. Every concept has been refined through decades of application. What you learn at PCM isn't academic — it's battle-proven.

"There's always a better way to manage confrontation. My job is to find it, test it, and teach it."

The PCM approach doesn't just focus on physical techniques. It begins with awareness, develops the survival mindset, teaches de-escalation, and only then addresses physical confrontation as a last resort — but when that resort is needed, the techniques are decisive and effective.
